Louisville Ag Club Announces 2018 Scholarship Winners

The winners of the Louisville Ag Club’s 2018 Scholarships were presented their first installment checks at the June 7, 2018, meeting.

Bryce Roberts, Scholarship Chairman, said that all 3 winners were outstanding representatives of what the club scholarships are all about.

Here are the winners:

Howard, Arthur and Ezra Kamin Memorial Scholarship ($4,000)

    Hannah Cleary received the Kamin Family Scholarship. She is a graduate of Martha Layne Collins High School and will attend the University of Kentucky with a major in Agricultural and Medical Biotechnology.

    Corley Brown Memorial Scholarship ($4,000)
    Lauren McCabe was awarded the Corley Brown Scholarship. She will be attending Eastern Kentucky University and will be majoring in Entrepreneurship. She is a graduate of Oldham County High School.

    Charles Keen Scholarship ($4,000)
    The 2018 recipient of the Charles Keen Scholarship is Emily Nealy, a graduate of North Harrison High School. She will attend Purdue University and major in Agronomy, Crop, and Soil Management.

    The Louisville Ag Club congratulates all of our winners and wishes them luck in the future.
